Order Processing

• We aim to process all orders within 1-2 full working days of purchase. Large or international orders may take 3-5 full working days to process. 

Shipping Class

• UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Second Class, free of charge.
• International orders are shipped via Royal Mail/Parcelforce according to size and weight as determined by the Royal Mail: https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/international-tracked
• If you select ‘Collect from 147 Hoxton Street’ we will hold your ball(s) in store for 10 working days. You will be contacted by a member of the team to arrange collection.

Duty and Customs

• Alive and Kicking neither calculate nor take responsibility for any duty or custom charges applied at point of delivery. 

Returns

• Faulty products can be returned for exchange for 30 days after purchase.
• Refunds are available for 30 days after purchase providing the product has not been used in any way and is in sellable condition. The cost of shipping for refund is the responsibility of the customer.
