During the COVID-19 Pandemic the world has changed, and with it our ability to play football with our friends and teams.
Staying active, being aware of vital health messages and finding ways to connect with each other at distance have never been quite so important.
We’ve developed some football drills you can play on your own in a field, in your garden or in your living room, to keep your skills sharp and keep yourself safe. These drills have been produced in accordance with the current WHO guidelines (May 2020).
These resources are free to access for anyone, wherever you are in the world.
We request you follow the instructions as shown and use the drills in line with your local government advice.

Thanks to the generous support of City Bridge Trust, we have been commissioned to respond to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic with a sports-based curriculum that will help schools, teams, groups and organisations to bounce back from lockdown and reinforce key messages about contagious diseases and emotional wellbeing.
The result is the ‘Bounce Back Curriculum’, a completely free resource that can be seamlessly integrated into football sessions, whether you’re a youth organisation running a summer programme or a teacher delivering a PE session.
